REGISTRATION FEE
Registration fee for participants with accommodation on board is 330 EUR and for the accompanying persons 150 EUR.

<*dv_3*>Registration fee for all participants includes: admission to scientific sessions, admission to exhibition, admission to Satellite Symposia, abstract book, certificate of attendance, conference kit (bag, documents, etc.), lunch breaks, Welcome reception, Masked ball in Governor’s Palace, Captain’s Dinner, Gala Dinner in Duke’s Palace and Surprise event – Mediterranean as it was once. <*dv_0*>Registration fee for accompanying persons includes<*dv_1*>: admission to the exhibition, Welcome reception, Masked ball in Governor’s Palace, free sightseeing tour of Rijeka and Opatija, Captain’s Dinner, Gala Dinner in Duke’s Palace and Surprise event – Mediterranean as it was once.

<*dv_4*> Participants are advised to register in advance, as soon as possible. Please note that the conference will be organized on-board a ship with a limited room capacity, therefore participants will be served in a “first come first served” manner. In case of a fully booked ship, only a three-day conference program and a hotel accommodation on shore will be available. A written confirmation of your registration and official receipt will be sent to you as soon as your registration form and your payment is received by the 8th ISMH Secretariat.

CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY
Registered delegates unable to attend will receive a 50% refund, provided that a written request is received by the Secretariat on or before April 2 2005. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 2 2005. All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Conference.
