8th INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON MARITIME HEALTH

Dear colleagues,

Thank you for registering for the ISMH 8, Rijeka, Croatia. This is last official announcement so please read it carefully.

We urgently need passport numbers of the people who will be on m/s Dalmacija. If you did not send it by now, please send us by e-mail or fax as soon as possible!

For those who are arriving on May 8th in Venice, please note that last transfer from airport will be at 16,30 hours. Those who will not manage to take this transfer contact us directly and we will give you instructions how to arrive on boat.

<*dv_0*>For those who will come day earlier or who are not taking our transfer, m/s Dalmacija will be docked on San Basilio Terminal. Departure of the ship is at 19,00 hours and embarkation starts at 16,00 hours. You should be on board at least 2 hours before departure.

For the schedule of transfers from airport to the harbor we need your flight details. If you have not booked flight yet, we suggest doing it immediately because some flights are already booked. Transfer details you will receive when we will have all necessary details regarding your flight.

<*dv_3*>For pre and post conferences there are still some availability so LAST DEADLINE for registering is March 25th. If you have noted in your registration form that you are interested in, you need to fill out conference registration form and send it to us by e-mail or fax by March 25th.

For those who are already registered or will register to post conference Dubrovnik & Medjugorje we have good news. The ones who has booked 4* hotel will be accommodated in 5* hotel (the price remains). There are only few more rooms left under this condition.
