| Call for Abstracts page: 1 2 3 <*dv_1*>GUIDELINES FOR ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND POSTERS PRESENTATIONS
The length of each oral communication will be 10 minutes, plus 5 minutes for discussion.
Laptop with Power-point possibilities, and slide projector for 35mm, 5 x 5 slides will be available. A Power point and slide preview room will be provided. All slides and diskettes must be handed in at the slide centre at least one hour before the beginning of the session.

<*dv_3*> Each author should report to the moderator of the session at least 5 minutes before start of the session.
Authors accepted for poster presentation will be notified and assigned a time for presentation at which the presenting author must be available to discuss the poster. Posters will be grouped, numbered and listed according to topics. Poster dimensions will be 70 x 100 cm. Tools for poster set-up, such as pins, double-sided adhesive tape and scotch tape will be available at the registration desk.
