CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

All participants are invited to contribute to the Scientific Programme.

Participants who would like to contribute to the conference with an oral presentation at one of the concurrent sessions or by giving a poster are invited to submit an abstract. The Scientific Programme Committee will carefully review all abstracts. Authors may indicate their preference for oral or poster presentation, but the Scientific Programme Committee will make the final decision.

<*dv_0*> Abstracts should be delivered preferably by E-mail, as a Word document, to sci-smh8@medri.hr, or send by post on the enclosed form to 8thISMH - SCIENTIFIC SECRETARIAT, Institute of Public Health Rijeka, Krešimirova 52a, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia.

Abstracts send by post should be accompanied by floppy disk or CD with abstract in Word format.

To ensure rapid evaluation and processing of abstracts, the organizers encourage the electronic submission of abstracts. Abstracts can be easily submitted via the abstract form displayed at the 8thISMH web site www.ismh8.com . From our site you can fill out the abstract or insert your computerized text. Please do not submit the same abstract more than once.

Your text will appear in the book of abstracts exactly as you send it, and every error and imperfection will show up.
- Abstracts must be submitted in English
- All abstracts have a 300-word limit of text (not including presenter information and title).
- Use “Times New Roman” typeface not smaller than 10 points. Script or italic typefaces should be avoided. Single space all typing.

It is recommended that abstracts follow a format similar to that used at other international meetings and in journals.
